Treat Your Lenses You should ideally use your index finger of the dominant hand to place the contact lens on it. There are many lens solutions available on the market to thoroughly clean them.
Make sure no dust particle can hurt your eye and also look for any signs of tears or any other damage to a lens. If there is any wear or tear, then it is best to dispose of those glasses.
Put Your Lenses Now for the real business keep the lens on your index finger, make sure the lens’ edges are facing the ceiling and not the ground else it is inside out.
Now simultaneously use your middle finger of the same hand to pull the lower eyelid. Many people say that while doing this, it is best to look towards the ceiling but make sure you don’t do it forcefully.
Now gently put the lens on the eye and move it to settle over the circular part of your eye, Iris.
It is advisable that you fit in the bottom part of the lens first.Test Your Lenses Now blink your eyes very slowly and if you feel any discomfort, irritation or any other problem then immediately remove the lens and wash your eyes.
Try again later after cleansing the glasses too. If everything is fine, then repeat the procedure for the second lens, and you are ready to flaunt those beautiful eyes.
